YA sci-fi adventure
This month we immersed ourselves in the brand new novella "Formless," by New England author, Gevera Bert Piedmont. Our FB live included a Q&A with the author, and a live reading. We discussed how the main character lives with physical disabilities, and how sci-fi is quickly becoming reality in some cases.
Watch City Readers is a literacy program geared to tweens, teens, and families. Produced by Jessica Lucci through a grant from the Waltham Cultural Council and the Mass Cultural Council, its goal is to introduce the vibrancy of various literary genres in an exciting and inclusive way.
